4/27/2012-POOL & HOT TUB CLOSURE EFFECTIVE MAY 14TH

Due to some much needed repair work, the KNK pool and hot tub will be
closed for all aquatic use starting the Week-of May 14th, 2012.

The other remaining amenities - including tennis courts, BBQ, ping-pong
table, picnic tables, and sun-bathing lounge chairs - will still be available for
regular usage.  

Thank you for your patience during this process while we continually strive
to for the best here at Ke Nani Kai.

2/7/2012 - BOARD VACANCIES
There will be 4 vacancies up for election at the Annual Owners Meeting.  
Two are 3 year terms and the other two are 2 year terms.  If you are
interesting in running for one of the positions, you should submit your Bio to
DMI by Feb. 17th for it to be included with their next mailing.

1/10/2012 - Special Board Meeting to be held Jan. 14th - 3 pm HST
Notice of Meeting     Agenda

This meeting will be a teleconference only.  The call in number is on the
Agenda. The purpose of the meeting is to hear an owners appeal of a
Warning citation.

11/30/2011-BOARD VACANCY FILLED
The Board of Directors held a "Special Board Meeting" at 10am on
11/30/2011 via teleconference.  Owner John Sears was selected to fill the
vacancy on the Board and will serve as a director until the next Annual
Owners Meeting in 2012.

11/16/2011-BOARD VACANCY
The Ke Nani Kai AOAO Board of Directors has a vacancy and is interested
in hearing from any Owner who might be interested in filling that vacancy.  
The vacancy is for the next five months until the election for new Directors
occurs in March 2012.  Any Owner who is interested in filling this vacancy
please contact Mike Adamo at
arizonadenvermike@yahoo.com or any other
Board member by November 26th 2011.

The Board appreciates anyone who is willing to serve and hopes to hear
from some of you soon.

9/25/2011-Board Member Vacancy
Teddy Sotelo, Board Director has resigned from the Board of Directors.  
The AOAO would like to thank Teddy for his service on the Board.  If you
are interesting in serving on the board until the next Annual Owners Meeting
in 2012, please fill out the
Candidate Bio form and submit it to the
Board President for consideration.   A candidate will be appointed at the
Fall Board of Director's Meeting on Oct. 22nd.
