    MISSION STATEMENT

    The Long Term Planning Committee serves two primary
    functions:

    1)  Act as an "incubator" for new ideas regarding long-­‐term
    future developments at Ke Nani Kai, including changes to the
    function or appearance of common and limited areas
    (buildings, outdoor space, etc.)

    2) Act in an evaluation capacity to "screen" new project and
    investment ideas before presenting them to the Board of
    Directors and Owners for further consideration

    The committee's goal is to provide a centralized forum where
    creative ideas offered by individual owners can be explored,
    discussed, and vetted in order to allow us to make future
    investments in a progressive but fiscally responsible way.
Owners are strongly encouraged to contact any member of the Long Range
Planning Committee to contribute their suggestions, ideas and concerns.
